ReSA Multiplayer is an online multiplayer game client for Android, iOS and PC, and this website. Our services include the game launcher, server listing, server management, accounts, and related features. ReSA Multiplayer is an independent project and is not affiliated with any game publisher.

To access certain features you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Account termination

We may disable your account if you violate any provision of these Terms or compromise the integrity of our Services.

ReSA Multiplayer uses a digital credit system for premium features. Credits are delivered to your account instantly.

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Expire upon account termination

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Binance Pay. We do not store your card information on our servers.

All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices may change with 7 days' notice.

This includes, without limitation:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Unused credits
• Account suspension
• Technical issues
• Dissatisfaction

By completing any purchase on this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying digital goods delivered instantly
• Digital goods have no physical form and cannot be returned
• You understand what you are buying before purchase
• You waive any right to cancel or receive a refund
• You will not start chargebacks without contacting support
• Credits expire upon account termination

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and a permanent ban from all services.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or threatening material
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Gain unauthorized access to services
• Cheat, or use services for fraudulent purposes

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

Any credits or purchased features in a terminated account are forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will give notice of changes by email or through our Services.

Continuing to use our Services after revised Terms are posted means you accept the changes.

In no event shall ReSA Multiplayer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, use or goodwill
• Inability to access or use the Services
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Unauthorized access or alteration
